We should first review how a Covid19 vaccine can help. We have selected two of the best sources from the Internet to explain how vaccines work. Check them out.

What are vaccines and how do they work?  (By Oregon State University Ecampus)

Understanding how vaccines work (by the Centre for Disease Control (CDC))

Different vaccines may come with different side-effects. This is why any vaccine must carefully and thoroughly go through many phases of testing before it can be approved for use on mass for the rest of the population. Some previous vaccines took almost 10 years to be introduced to the public. Let’s hope that they are as close as they say they are to finding the Covid19 vaccine that works.

We know that the Coronavirus can affect different people differently. Ranging from no symptoms to mild symptoms to very serious to the point of death.

While we cannot say that having a strong immune system will 100% protect us from being infected or from suffering the symptoms of Covid19. Even some experts say that the latest Covid19 vaccines may not be effective as the mandatory wearing facial masks scheme. In fact, we should not just be talking about just the immune system when it comes to having the best protection from external pathogens, such as bacterias or viruses.

We need to be looking at our life-style holistically with a view of developing good long-term health and immunity. This is where we explore the 5 key sensible areas that will provide our body and mind with the best ingredients for optimal health.

  1. Nutrition and Hydration: Eat a balanced diet and stay hydrated so your cells have the correct ingredients for the optimal cell activity.
  2. Mindset and Stress: The health of your mind and body tends to follow the direction of your emotions.  Try not to stay in negative territory for too long.  Learn to manage stress by having downtime and avoid the adverse effects of prolonged stress.
  3. Movement and Exercise: This is vital to the basic health of the body and mind.  Your body and mind are built to be active.  Being active promotes growth and development.  Being stagnant will do the opposite resulting in illness and disease.
  4. Community and Connection: Some of us are extroverts, and some are introverts.  However, we all need positive forms of interaction with people and the community.  Sometimes others may be able to lend you a hand. Sometimes you will be able to lend others a hand. Do not underestimate the power of these types of interactions and connections and how it can positively affect your health.  Find a hobby.  Do some volunteering.
  5. Natural Remedies: These include extracts from nature such as plants, herbs, minerals, and vitamins.  They are extracted in a way that does not involve extensive or chemical-based processes.  They are common in eastern medicine practices such as Chinese Medicine and typically balance or enhance certain bodily processes.

One of the most common natural remedies is Red Ginseng. Korean Red Ginseng is a natural herbal extract that has been used for many centuries, by many cultures for promoting and maintaining better health. There are many reports and studies that have shown Korean Red Ginseng to help the body and mind in the following ways:

  1. Boost Energy production
  2. Strengthening Immune & Support
  3. Erectile Dysfunctions
  4. Hypertension and Hypotension
  5. Menopause Symptoms
  6. Recovery from fatigue
  7. Anti-Oxidation

Remember not to focus on only one aspect of life or drug, or herb for your health. Take a holistic approach and work on the 7 key areas as described above.  As the famous quotation goes “If you do not spend time on your health, you will be forced to spend time on your sickness”.

Stay COVID safe and Stay strong.

Take care and until next time.
